Building People Power for Justice
We are a movement incubator dedicated to building people power to shape equitable, just social, economic, and political systems in Sierra Leone. We create platforms to inform, organize, and innovate so young people can lead their communities in non-violent action to challenge the harms they face. We seek to fix systems, not symptoms.
Build people power for justice
Build people power for justice in Sierra Leone by bringing together credible information, citizens, and bold, nonviolent action.
Our Philosophy
The barray is the heart of public life. We embrace its "noisy" spirit—because good trouble leads to real change.

Nonviolence
Disrupt harm without causing harm
Leadership & Governance
We practice the accountability we demand from others.
We practice the accountability we demand: community input in planning, clear roles for leadership, transparent reporting, and safeguarding policies to protect people from harm.
